Guest guest
well, we found out the sex of the baby! although it had it's legs closed for the whole time (crossed at the ankles), after some time and juggling, it finally opened up and gave us a great shot. it's a BOY!!!! shanndon alexander koopmans is set to arrive in february 2005. i misplaced my digital camera for the moment, but hopefully i'll find it someday and take pics of the US and send them. everything is great, i've only lost 7 lbs this month. i'm down to 212 lbs. (130 lb. loss total in the last 6 1/2 months since gastric bypass surgery). baby is measuring 2 days ahead of schedule. he has long legs and wide feet. everything so far looks perfect. my blood pressure was 104/68, there are four chambers of the heart, heart rate is 141 bpm today. Shanndon is an active mover and flip flopper for sure. david got to feel him moving on sunday night for the first time (only been home since thursday). i was suppose to have an upper GI endoscope (camera down throat to check out upper digestive system) on monday for my gastric bypass Dr, but on the way there, our transmission in our 3 year old van gave out...so it's rescheduled for next monday. the dealership is fixing the van and as of today renting us a car to use until it's done-thank God for extended warranties! i haven't been sick as much and am feeling lots better in the last few days, so i'm sure all is well, but as a precaution, i'm going to go ahead and still get the upper GI. well i think that's about it, our next appt and update will be november 2nd... aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@...)
