Guest guest Posted October 28, 2004 Report Share Posted October 28, 2004 You can eat feta as long as it is made with pasturized milk - the packaged ones are usually made that way - the ones that you have to look out for are the good homemade ones in the restaurants and specialty stores. Just read the ingredients. This is the case for all soft cheese, as long as the milk used is pasturized then you are safe and will not contract the bacteria that unpasturized milk carries.
