Guest guest
Hello, Its been almost 2 years since the birth of my daughter LilyRose. I'm just found ok that I'm approx 6 - 7 weeks along. We were trying several months ago but decided it would be better if we waited but..... We are very happy and cann't wait. Here are some of my concerns about the weight gain coming..... 1.On my 1st, I was 254 and delivered at 287.....Didnt lose anything and I honestly wasnt trying... 2. I'm now 297 since feb 07,2003....I'm afraid of gaining more and then the surgery was a waist....I promised myself I was going to excersise but never did to get the weight off. Did this happen to others and what can you say to help me get motivated.
Guest guest
congratulations! don't worry about your weight, jsut try to eat right and drink lots of water, you can worry about losing it later...if you want to work out while pregnant, try teh walking tape and excercises they have out there (walk away the lbs), it's easy and not too hard...good luck... aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@...) Guest guest
My dd's name is Lily Grace! I love LilyRose! As for your concerns, I haven't ben through a pregnancy as a post- op, so I really don't know what to say except stick to the basics -- get protein first, skip the junk, etc. good luck! inga > > Hello, > > Its been almost 2 years since the birth of my daughter LilyRose.
