Guest guest
you need an extra 300 calories to support the pregnancy. I was told between 1000 and 1200 would be good after surgery. Good luck. Guest guest
i was the same way june...8 weeks post op when i got pregnant. i lost 60 lbs in my first trimester cause i was so sick. i have now stayed hte same weight for 6 weeks...since you are so close to surgery, you may not gain...you may continue to loose,or you may just plateau. no matter what, don't worry about it...it's what your body and the baby needs. your baby will take what it needs from you, it' like a leach. i was only on 300-600 calories also...jsut drink lots of water and take your vitamins and get your bloodwork done and you should be okay. try not to worry...eat what you can. aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@...)
