Guest guest
Relax you are pregnant. Just because you are post op doesnt mean you are so much different then an average woman. I gained 40 lbs with my pregnancy; and i never thought that would happen. I ate every 2 hrs on the dot. I actually timed it cause all i wanted to do was eat lol. I had august 30th and i have 3 more lbs left to lose. O BTW, i really think breastfeeding helped me lose the weight so quick!
Guest guest
Relax... thats something I tell my therapy patients. SMILE! SOOOO Much harder to do when its taking good advice myself. Im truely freaked about the possibility of getting back to my preop weight. Then I read that most WLS patients DROP weight when pregnant. I have to do it all the hard way. QUESTION: Did the weight come OFF as easily as it went on after you had the baby?? Did your eating patterns return to normal? I commend you on droping the weight so fast. That is inspirational to me, truely. THANK YOU! > Relax you are pregnant. Just because you are post op doesnt mean you are so > much different then an average woman.
