Guest guest
I bought a High Tech Health FIR Sauna about 5 yrs ago and used it for my son. It did help with detox and mad us all feel better. We used it about 4 times a week for about 18 months. We also used other chelation methods as well. Before FIR my son did not sweat and the FIR sauna fixed that problem. It really takes away any aches or sore muscles too. I would like to sell mine if you are interested. I live in MA. Guest guest
Yes, I do think that the FIR sauna can be good for detox. If you are looking into less intrusive chelatio methods you may also want to look into homeopathy. Guest guest
I have not idea about FIR Sauna for detox, but normal sauna will remove some heavy metals. For example Cd normally form organo Cd in the body and they are excreted through the pores of the skin. The body odor from organo Cd are really bad. Normal sauna requires you to close the pores and wash the skin rapidly in cold water after heating in humid air. There are a couple of sprays that claim to help remove metals. We have tested PCA-rx but not any of the others.
