Guest guest
Terri, I have/do have both of these. On the cramping you are supposed to not lift anything that weighs more than 10 pounds at all! You can tear the uterus away from the placenta causing bleeding and more painful cramps. Not to scare you but with you doing everything that you are doing that you listed in your post, that can be harmful. As far as the dizziness/black spots.....you are suppose to eat a snack every two hours after a meal. I have been doing this and have not had any more problems with it. D. Guest guest
Hi everyone, OK.....just a question here.....I am currently 24 weeks pregnant....I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that if I do anything halfway strenous, such as lifting, bending, picking up stuff, just basic household stuff......my uterus begins to cramp.....where it feels like mild contractions......Yes, I have called the OB's office and the nurse told me to drink water and lay down. After an hour or so of rest, they go away......but...has anyone else had these and are they Braxton Hicks? They dont come and go periodically like contractions do......they are constant crampy pains.....not major, just enough to cause an uncomfortable feeling..... Also, I have had 2 occasions where things went black all around me, I got dizzy and lightheaded and felt like I would faint. Both times, I was just standing there talking with someone......I was not hot or cold, or doing anything strenous, just.....talking...and standing there......Just wondered what that could be...... OK....enough whining! ha! Maybe it's just normal and typical pregnancy stuff.....I do have a Level 2 ultrasound scheduled for this Friday, Nov. 12. I will be sure to tell them my concerns, but I would like to get feedback from ya'll too. Thanks! Guest guest
Getting up too fast or sudden changes in movement can make your blood pressure drop hence causing your symptoms.. I have them too seeing spots and everything going black. Takes awhile for our circulatory system to adjust to the changes.. best advice.. slow down girl your moving too fast due 2/8/
