Guest guest
Sab, I am so sorry to hear about your husbands test. Hopefully things will improve all though it may take time. Years ago when we were trying for our second child and I was having infertility problems rt PCO the doctor did semen analysis on my husband too and the results weren't great. He had been dealing with a prostrate infection rt an exercise injury...his numbers were OK but his motility was poor. Most likely it was going to take a minimum of IUI to get me PG. We decided to move to adoption instead. It took about 18 months to fully clear his infection (it is very hard to treat). During this time we did learn there are things that can be done to improve your numbers and motility and in a couple of months things could improve (no for him though rt the infection). So good luck to you and I hope the time fly's!!!!! PS things are working good .. Pam EDD May 12, 2005 open RYN 11/24/02 230 pre WLS(I am only 5 ft tall) 129 current (I lost another 4 lbs) 120 goal (maybe wishful thinking)
Guest guest
I had a friend who had the same problem that you are having. I know that they went to a urologist and then they went to another specialist and through IVF, they have beautiful twin girls. Keep your head up and hopefully things will happen! Good luck! Guest guest
I have pcos and am only 6 months post op and I got pregnant. My dear boyfriend is 51 and BOOM! all of a sudden our lives were changed as soon as I saw that double line. We weren't trying and I was on the pill, but I had been told that I would " more than likely need clomid or other fertility methods to conceive. " All I can say is, have faith. Good luck and I'll keep rooting for you.
