Guest guest
Weight Watchers is a great program...If you are looking for an alternative that is non profit, I recommend TOPS (Take off lbs sensibly) for support - I was an active member about ten yrs ago and did really well (for a few yrs)...Their format and support is similar to WW in that they do weekly meetings with topics and weigh ins, but it is non profit (you pay small amt for rental, activities, awards, etc)... The good thing is that they now have a division for WLS pts. When I was a member, they would not recognize surgery weight loss in their weight loss categories. Glad to see the times are changing. You can find a location on their website: http://www.tops.org/ All the best, > it's only 10-15 lbs, i say jsut give it a little time, try watching what you eat harder and maybe work out a day more a week. what ever you decide, good luck...i'm just cheap > > aka mom2ben99 (jennilee75@c...) > Kay Independent Beauty Consultant > http://www.marykay.com/koopmans > > Gastric Bypass-Lap RNY 3/12/04-Dr Dunshee in Topeka Ks. > Baby boy due 2/17/05-Shanndon > original wt. 342/current wt. 206/goal wt. 140 > Weight Watchers > > > > Hi girls, > > I am 5 months post partum and near 4 yrs post wls WOW omg i didnt > even realize its been that long till now.. ok anyways, I still have > about 10-15pnds to lose from my pregnancy and i am considering weight > watchers, what are your thoughts on this???? > > > > > > Children are a blessing, and a gift from the Lord. -Psalm 127:3 > > >
