Guest guest
I am so confused and need some advice. My husband and I have been TTC for a very long time now, with no luck. For my last 2 cycles, instead of having a flow at the time of my period, I have just spotted. This cycle I just spotted for 10 days!!!! 1 or 2 days of those were a little heavier, but still nothing to count as a real period. I did the OPK last cycle and definately ovulated and I saw my GYN and she doesn't seem to think that there is anything wrong. My problem is, if you aren't really bleeding, bleeding how do I know what day to count as 1? It is making things very hard for me to follow when I don't know where I am in each cycle. I know this is sort of medical, but since we have all had the surgery I was hoping I might find someone else who has gone through this. Guest guest
My best advice is...find a Midwife! I loved mine for my last child. It was a great experience. You insurance will probably only cover a Certified Nurse Midwife. They are not only for pregnancy but for TTC and care for the whole woman. They have more time in general to talk to you and listed to your concerns as OB's only have about 10 minutes to actually talk to you. If you want you can let me know the area you live in and I can find a few good ones in your area. I have a lot of crunchy friends who are Doulas etc. in different parts of the US and Canada.
