I have a question for all of you mamas who have had babies after WLS. Are

your babies less than 8lbs typically?

My weight loss surgery apparently had no effect on the size (or health) of my

babies. Before I had surgery, my babies were 8lbs. 8ozs. and then 8lbs. 2

ounces, and they were both induced at 41 weeks. My post-WLS baby was induced at

only 39 weeks and she still managed to weigh in at 8lbs. 1oz! I was

expecting her to be smaller, but I guess she was trying to outweigh her brother

&

sister which she would have if she would have been born at 41 weeks as well!

Best wishes!
