Guest guest
I a 8 mths post-op and 3 mths pregnant. I found out about the baby about 3 weeks agao and I have been very sick every since. I was hositalized for dehydration last week. I am having a very hard time adjusting and eating. I think the thing that is stressing me out the most right now is that I can't find a Dr. who seems to understand or is concerned about the risks associated with bypass and surgery. I am trying to find anything to read to help me because I am scared out of my ind at this point. I hate being sick but my husband and I want a healthy baby. To make matters even more complicated, my job is acting crazy becasue of the days I have missed already (I was out 3 months after bypass because of a little complication). I can't afford to quit or lose my job but my Dr. won't put me out on leave until I can get myself together. I am so much meds trying to control the naseau, vomiting and headaches and I sleep more than anything. I feel tired all the time. can anyone give me any information or advice on pssible concerns besides waiting on time. I am tired of beng sick. Thanks, Janene
Guest guest
Call your surgeon's office and see if he can recommend someone. Do you have a hr dept at your work? See what is available as far options for you. In the mean time maybe your surgeon can help you out. I was getting sick all the time and they passed it off as morning sickness but in fact it wasn't. This may or may not be your case. The meds can mask symptoms so keep pushing the issue. I feel for you. Do you have a support group where you can ask for referrals? Good Luck and take of yourself. Congrats on the baby btw. Keep us updated. > > > I a 8 mths post-op and 3 mths pregnant. I found out about the baby > about 3 weeks agao and I have been very sick every since.
