Hi Everyone,

My name is Craig I used to belong to the list about 3-4

months ago I lost my baby at 14+ weeks. NOT Due to WLS Due to

Placenta previa they believe. I had my Lap Gastric Bypass Surgery

on Sept 15th 2003 I have lost 126 lbs total 299 down to 173 . I have

2 Children Michelea 9 and la 5 I have lost 2 Angels Tyler Jan

25th 1997 ANd Meyer 7-5-2004 both little boys. Both Second

Trimester losses.

I am just barely pregnant Not Due until June 26th 05 thought I

would get back on the list though..... Last time I was pregnant I

was only about 7 months out of surgery I am now over a year so

hopefully things will go a little smoother last time I could barely

make my self eat and I lost 21 lbs in the last 10 weeks . I already

upped my Supliments and made my appointments with the OB and she

will send me over to the HIgh Risk DR who consults as well.

This time I have to admit we did try to get pregnant. I am more

neervous of the fact I just lost a baby 3+ months ago then the WLS

factor. I am sure all will be well and I Know I will do what I cann

to make sure the baby is healthy!

I had a loss at 14 weeks last July.. and it was HARD....

In my head I was in the " safe zone " .

Praying you go full term... it is possible..

After 1 preemie and 1 m/c I am full term... 36 weeks today!

Jenni - glad you are back too! Congrats on the pregnancy. I was very nervous

as well - I miscarried 9 months postop, but now am doing really good being 18

months postop. I'm so happy and it's wonderful to finally get this experience.

You will too! Take care of yourself and you'll do great. We're glad you are

Congratulations and welcome back! My name is Ali and I am 6 months post op

from a open gastric bypass. I am 11 1/2 weeks pregnant. EDD is May 15. Good

luck and again, congrats on your pregnancy.
