Guest guest
Not being Dr's of course none of us can diagnose what 's pain is or is not...Just want you ladies to know who still have their gall bladders in that it CAN be sharp stabbing pain to the upper right hand quadrant. (Was for me). Gallbladders are tricky cuz they can also cause referred pain to shoulders and other areas of the body, even into the back. Yes, incisional stretching or adhesions etc under scars can be painful, but is usually not the deep penetrating sharp pain that you are describing, ... Bottom line, check it out with the doc, . You don't want to go an entire pregnancy with pain and an undiagnosed problem that could potentially be helped. All the best to you, RN EDC Nov 10 > > > > > > hello to all. i am back and made it through the hurricane here in > > florida (6 days w/o power and water sucks!). ok, ok anyways... my > > question, i am almost 9 weeks now, and for the past 3 weeks i have > > had, some serious upper right side pain. it comes and goes and > varies > > on the pain scale. it isn't crampy, more like sharp pains... > anyone > > else have this? it is nowhere near my lower abdominal area at > all... > > just curious if anyone has any ideas. i am calling the dr. on > monday- > > but w/o bleeding or fever or anything else, and the fact i have > had > > it a few weeks... i don't think it is " serious " just annoying. i > > didn't have it with my first child? thanks for any feedback. > ~
