WIC PUSHY WOMEN SOMEONE COUGHT ME

Yesterday I went to WIC I signed up because I had ot close my store

and we are going on one income now. SO they are harping on me

because I have lost 5 lbs now I explained to 2 of their

nutritionists WHY I am loosing weight one of them didn't even know

what Gastric Bypass surgery was. The pushy one wanted me to start a

HIGH FAT DIET And to Drink a Milk Shake from Sonic every night!!!!!

They are crazy the other one (the good one) told me she was not

going to worry since I am seeing basically 3 Dr's through this and

to do what they say. The PUSHY ONE didn't believe half of what I was

saying. She then asked me if I was going to breast feed ( and do not

get me wrong I admire women who do it, I think it is Fantastic if

you feel comfortable and are able to do it Great!) I have never felt

comfortable with it . I was young when I had my Girls I also have

Fibercystic breast disease and I was scared of pain basically pretty

wimpy I know, and this time I actually thought about doing it but I

am also an easy scare If I think in any way the baby may suffer a

deficency It scared me so I explained POSSIBLE problems that may

accur for WLS patients who nurse like b-12 deficiencies for the baby

SHE THOUGHT I WAS LIEING!!!!!!!!!!!! She said she never heard of

such a thing ( well she never heard of Gastric bypass surgery

either) she wanted to know where I got my information and I told her

the internet and she said she was going to look it up her self and

let me know Next time I come in what she found out.

She wanted to know exactly how the Dr's know babies are deficient I

said I imagine blood work she said she never knew of any Dr that

drew a babies blood I said have you ever known a baby from a WLS

patient ?? She just sat there. I wanted to ask her where she got her

Education?? And what makes her such an expert?? Just because she is

a Nutritionist??? I am only about 7 weeks pregnant I have 7+ Months

to make up my mind if I want to breastfeed I know it is WIC's

Mission to get women to do this but come on BULLY TACTICS??????????

Then to top it off My Secret Pregnancy was revealed MY soon to be

Brother in Laws best friends wife walks in and said what are you

doing here I almost said Picking up WIC for my sister but I had my

shoes off ready to get on the scale I told her You never seen me

here please do not tell any one. She said she wouldn't But we will

soon see !!!! Guess I better tell my Mother before some stranger

Congratulates her on being a Grandchild.
