I would wait another day or 2 then take the test. Dont give up if its

negative.. sometimes it takes awhile to conceive after taking the pill, then

sometimes like in my case it didnt take long at all ( mine was actually

accidental

and as soon as I got off the patch). It all depends on the person, and we are

all different.. but here is to wishing you a Big Fat Positive!

First of all, try to relax. That is a major factor in getting

pregnant, believe me! Secondly, being on birth control pills can and

does take alot of women a month, or two or three to get back to

" normal. " Most OB's recommend not trying to get pg for 3 period cycles

to get the hormones out of their system.

I stopped BCP's after 14 years and it took 2 months to start a period

and then it had to be medicinally induced w/ Provera.

everyone is different and yes, you may be pg so soon after starting to

TTC.

Secondly, many women spot or bleed throughout pregnancy and dont even

realize they are pg for several months b/c they had been " having periods. "

lastly, the only thing you can do is wait.....wait....wait.

You can waste alot of $$$$$ (smiles cause I did the same thing) in

taking tests before you are 4 or 5 days late, but at that time, you

still may test negative and still be preg (or not) because your body

is still trying to get regulated in its normal hormonal cycle.

the only thing you can do is wait to see if your period starts.

I wish you the best of luck!
