GFCF before or after doing labwork?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this world and have been trying to keep up with the immense

amount of knowledge and wisdom found on this group. I want to go with a GFCF

diet for my 2 year old son Ethan, but I'm not sure if I should start the

diet before having lab work done. I'm wondering if the new diet would mask

some of his allergens or other issues. What do you advise? My intuition says

do the lab work first, then change the diet.

He's also on fish oil, which I will stop a week or two before the labs for

the same reason. I assume I can continue his multivitamin however.

I'm so inspired by all of your experiences, thanks for sharing.
