Valtrex treatment increased HHV 6 IgG!

Hi Group,

My 8 year old daughter has been taking Valtrex 1000mg a day in the past 4 four

months. We haven't noticed any improvement in behaviours, communication and

language.

Her CMV IgG has decreased from 11.4 to 8.3 but her HHV 6 IgG has INCREASED from

6.1 before the treatment to 34.9 few weeks ago! Has anyone experienced the same

thing? Why increase in IgG from Valtrex treatment?

What are the signs and symptoms of virus infection in children with autism? What

are the signs of improvements if Valtrex treatment works?
