Guest guest
BCAAs (valine, isoleucine and leucine) are good -- but the $64 million question -- can the child metabolize it? The inability to metabolize it due to insufficient resources (carnitine, coq10, riboflavin, or niacin -- or faulty metabolism of any of these components) can sometimes lead to glutathione depletion under certain conditions. It's great if they can metabolize it, but in a lot of cases, autism exists bc of the inability to metabolize certain aminos properly. HI everyone. I just read about this supplement showing improvements in autism. Has anyone tried and saw improvements? If saw what brand is good? I read reviews that say it doesn't taste very good. Thanks for any replies!
Guest guest
I totally agree, but want to add that some will have genetic issues making other than low amounts of one of these very harmful to them. So, just saying that I do believe many can be helped with these since I have heard of other supplements having these and bringing good results, but always remember some will get worse instead. Guest guest
Yes & Yes. Our son's OAT showed him low in these ( his valine is in the lowest possible percentile) so we started roughly 6 months ago. We use the swanson's brand. Yes it tastes pretty bad. We mix is strawberry banana coconut yogurt. Sent from my iPhone HI everyone. I just read about this supplement showing improvements in autism. Has anyone tried and saw improvements?
