Guest guest
Hello Everyone, Thank you for allowing me to join your group. Here is a little info about me. My name is Chasta and I am 28 years old and had Gastric Bypass on April 26th, 2004. I have currently lost 90 pounds so far and have 32 more pounds to go till I have met my personal goal. The day of surgery I weighed in at 272 pounds. Today I am at 182 pounds, and I am feeling great. I can wear a size 12/14 it just depends on the brand. Tommy Hilfiger I can wear 12's and Old Navy and Levi's I wear a 14. So its a major accomplishment for myself being that I was a size 22 just 4.5 months ago. When I was overweight I had some MAJOR fertility problems. I was diagnosed with PCOS. And all of the dr's that I saw said it was based on being over weight. So I am hoping now, when hubby and I are ready that the PCOS wont be a problem. I have one daughter from a previous relationship. I had her when I was 19 years old, and didn't have a weight problem until after the birth of my child. So my hubby and I have been trying for the past 8 years and no luck. A part of me wants to start trying now, even though I am only 4.5 months post- op, but another part of me says no, cause I am having way to much fun shopping for smaller sizes. Its very hard for me right now. I know I am still sort of young still and that I should wait..but I have been waiting for 8 years now, and I am ready to have this baby. The funny thing is, I love this future baby of mine so much all ready, and I am not even pregnant yet. So I am hoping God will bless my husband with a healthy baby in time. Sorry I made this so long. I am just hoping there is someone out there that has/and is going through the same things!! Have a great day! Chasta 272/182/
