Well my body is already going through changes after giving birth. The

ravenous hunger I had is gone( I was hungry until they induced labor -

in fact I made them let me go eat before they admitted me because I

was so hungry and didn't want to miss a meal) Now 3 meals a day is

just fine and I am tired and busy with the baby and have to remind

myself to eat because I still need the nutrition for breast feeding.

I do get hungry but when I look at the clock it is because I should

have eaten a couple of hours before. My portion size has also gone

down a bit but I still think it should go down more to be how I was

before pregnancy. The weekend I got pregnant at 5.5 months out of

surgery I weighed 202 and got down to 181 in the first trimester.

When I was in the hospital they weighed me at 204. Today 1 week after

giving birth I weigh 186. That means 16 lbs before I can join the

century club. I was worried about sabatoging the WLS by being

pregnant but knew it would be well worth it even if I never lost

another pound. My WLS goal is 135 so that is only 50 lbs away and I

feel that with work I will get there now that I can see my body going

back to the pre pregnancy state. - Diane
