Hi There,

Many questions for you my friends... Where to start? Hmmm, well I am

26 weeks along with our first child. I had bypass June 2003. I lost

a total of 140 pounds before I got pregnant. I just don't know what

to concentrate on as far as foods and what I should be feeling. I

know that after the first year your hunger grows and you can eat

more but I feel like I am getting out of control. I have gained 10

pounds in 6.5 months. Could you guys give me some idea on what I

should be looking at? Snacks? Should they be high protien still or

more veggies and fruits. I feel as though I need to eat every 2.5/3

hours. HELP any suggestions or thoughts are GREATLY appreciated!
