panitumumab. The study is called PACCE (Panitumumab Advanced Colorectal

Cancer Evaluation) and is being sponsored by Amgen and Abgenix.

Participants in the study will:

*gain access to a research treatment that may or may not be as effective as

standard therpy

*Help other patients by advancing knowledge of the treatment of colorectal

cancer.
