Guest guest
I can't tell you if you should be worried but I hope it hasn't been 16 years since you had your last colonoscopy! Anyone with polyps should be checked every 2 or 3 years. No matter how long it has been it sounds like you could use another. Guest guest
I'm also having a hard time understanding why your doctor would not have ordered one or told you to follow up. Guest guest
Yes, you need to make an appointment asap with a gastroenerologist (sp?). I didn't even have the bleeding and was Stage 4 when diagnosed. Guest guest
I highly recomend that you go see a doctor and get checked. Any symptom should be checked. Any illiness is always more cureable if caught early. Guest guest
I am not sure. And you will not be sure unless you see a doctor and get checked. It could be anything. But don't you think it would be better and find out what it is? If it were to be cancer then it would be best to catch it at an early stage. > > > > > > Yes, you need to make an appointment asap with a > gastroenerologist (sp?). Guest guest
I don't know whether it is cancer or not but it is definitely something that must be investigated. Your symptoms are not normal. Please see someone soon. Guest guest
That is not a question that can be answered here. But when you have symptoms of something wrong you need to have it checked out. Don't delay the colonoscopy. Many many things can cause these same symptoms. The sooner you know what is causing them the sooner it can be dealt with. And with all illnesses including cancer, sooner dealt with is better. Priscilla A.
