That SO hit home with me. I've said before that when they told me " You have

cancer " my heart broke. And it is still broken and probably always will be,

but it is mending.

I'm now about 18 months post treatment and still finding little bits and

pieces of myself, here and there. But the old is gone. I kinda miss her:)

I don't know about you guys, but I love the " new J " ....she has a heart

of gold, even tho it is broken...she's a fighter, but she has angel

wings...she has dreams and some will be fulfilled, I'm sure. God has blessed

her in

so many ways and instilled in her a sense of humor, for all of us to

treasure, and I'm sure her Danny does as well. Yeah, the big horrid " C " has

striken

her and her family, ...but she is going to be the WINNER!!!

Sometimes I worry about my sense of humor, that it might offend. It's just my

coping crutch:)

Yeah and I was just sitting in the dark, in the drippy leftovers from the rain

on my porch having a case of the weeps. Happens to the best and worst of us.
