He did finally start wearing them, Karima, and it's been a big help. He is

more than a rockhead....what's worse?? LOL

This rx is definitely helping the diarrhea...he goes several hours in

between. However, NOW his tummy is full of fluid again!!!! Do you believe

it???

The pump evidently is clogged....Grrrrr Will this man ever get a break??

I'll take him tomorrow to the hosp. for the Paracentesis (draining) procedure

to get him out of that pain....maybe then he can have a couple good days??

He was not taking his diabetes meds or fluid pills for possibly 2 wks....I

would imagine that might have something to do with the fluid build up, too.

But, this just happened like overnight, so I don't really think so. He was

losing so much fluid with the diarrhea, that we thought it unsafe to take the

diuretics, too. And he was smart enough to keep drinking fluids knowing the

amount of diarrhea he was having was sure to result in dehydration if he

didn't. So, see the rockhead, lunkhead, stubborn butthead does the right thing

once in a while...much to my surprise!!
