If you do go to work tomorrow, then take it easy and don't push yourself too hard. Don't want to have a setback. Prayers all around. ~Deb from KS Hi Deb... Isn't that just so demeaning for them...not making it?? I feel so badly for Glenn. He did finally start wearing the Depends, (which is also demeaning) but has truly been a big help and I got those throw away pads that go under him on the bed. I did go to work today, against my better judgement. Called my dr. who called in a cough syrup b/c Robitussin just wasn't helping. I haven't gotten more than 2 hrs sleep at a time since last Tues. Wake up coughing my head off... I won't be going to work tomorrow...my boss told me to stay home...LOL First time that's ever happened in over 25 years!! Hoping the new cough syrup with codeine will help me rest tonight and I'll rest tomorrow and maybe I can work Thursday.... and I'm off on Fridays. Thanks for the prayers!!! Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn
Guest guest
Donelle, I am worried since you have been sick for more then a few days. Are you getting any better at all? Gosh, how I wish you got more then a couple hours sleep at a time. The rest would help you get over this so much quicker. Have you tried a vaporizer. Some steam adding the humidy would help you a lot.
