Guest guest Posted April 23, 2003 Report Share Posted April 23, 2003 yes, jacquie these lists are great. we haven't done all of them - we are at the half way point. i printed out the lists in capital and lowercase versions, cut them out and laminated them and made them into a matching game for rowan. rowan loves to match and in order to find a match he has to do a sort of letter by letter scan of the words and hey presto he knows how to read and spell the words! I think it seems to over-compensate for the lack of the area that develops language and communication. What a theory, huh?
