I (as nearly always with this kind of thing) God fed up with no 1.. there is

just NO WAY the Simpson is the best kiddie show ever..In fact I am verging on

calling it not a kids show at all.. (does it show I can't stand it btw???)

Rather amusing for me to watch as I didn't grow up with a lot of these shows but

I do know a lot of them anyway from people talking and a lot of them have been

brought back in the recent years.. still do not agree with simpsons..

start.

So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake.

I feel better already.

and is this the point (now they've revealed the number one) of

admitting that I have never watched The Simpsons?

Quite pleased that the Muppets was number 2 though - lots of

memories of this as dad was working at ATV in Elstree at the

time and used to sneak me into the filming (yes it was made in

hertfordshire!) - there is a photo somewhere in the family of me

with Kermit sitting on my shoulder! Although I saw all the behind

the scenes stuff it was still magic seeing it on the screen and

Miss Piggy et al all seemed real!!!

(yakking on about TV kid past again - sorry!)

Watched it all! Rob remembers all the ITV ones, and kept telling me I was

deprived by missing out on Tiswas, because we were all so very middle class

watching Swap Shop, and didn't really know what the button marked 3 was for,

in our house.

I DON'T think The Simpsons should be classed as a kid's show.

I missed the last 25 as I fell asleep, But I can't believe that

playschool was so far down the list. Did anyone see where Bagpuss

came?(my fave)

Didn't see the programme but Mari just bought a yawning Bagpuss as her

birth-present for Babi Bach - she liked him because he's pink :)

- I remembered that I really had quite a thing about being ... I

saw it was c. 1969, so I must have been about 3 - I didn't think I

had memories that far back.

It was shown a lot in the early seventies - remember it from then

anyway (I'm 36)

> Also - 's House - what was that all about? I couldn't

work it out then, still mystified.

no idea! was never much of a fan - obviously too complex for me

too. Dh liked it though (but he's a strange bloke)
