Thanks Priscilla, he has tried adjusting his diet, to no avail, doesnt matter

what he eats it strikes, Doesnt last for much longer than 2 days , but its at

least once a week now, he had his resection last year in Sept and was finished

with chemo in June, never had this issue before , started about 6 weeks ago.

He had Ct scan on monday know we wait til the 26th for news

Should we worry?

Ok , here's the deal ,

Joe is having yet another bout with diarrhea , thats like his 6th time in the

last 4 weeks,

The diarrhea never lasts more than 2 days at a time, but when it strikes he

has to go at least several times an hour for a period of 6-12hours ,

This is a man who only missed 7 days of work in 8years before cancer, now has

missed 3 days in the last few weeks , due to the diarrhea, in fact he had to

come home one night because of it

He has tried pepto, imodum a.d. nothing works , it just hits him all of a

sudden and he is down for the count until it decides to stop. Along with the

diarrhea, he gets abdominal pain.

He had CT scan yesterday for checkup , but wont know the results til the 26th

of Oct when he has checkup with surgeon.

He has also been exhausted lately , 2 weeks ago he worked on brother in laws

roof after work , but he is STILL exhausted, so I dont know if the exhaustion is

from that and working or ??????

My question is ,

1. Should we be worried ( I am )

2. Should we call the doc

3. IF so which one , Onc., surgeon . or family doc???????????

open wound from infection until Jan 2005

Ileostomy reversal Dec 7th 2004

Chemo regiment begun Jan 2005

5fu/levorican/Oxaplatin/ Avastin added Feb 14 2005 (Happy Valentines

Calcium Magnesium added for the Tingles Feb 28 2005

Ct Scan done March 23rd 2005 , 16 millimeter cyst like object on liver found

April 1 2005 PET scan done awaiting results

April 11 PET SCAN SHOWS

NED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May 9 Plateletts are low 75,000
