Just to add, I don't seem to be affected by sulfur foods and I am using garlic as one of my two antifungals. It seems to work pretty well. I just mince a clove, put it over my tongue and swallow it with water, without chewing it. It is important not to smash it so the juice is not lost. I am still looking for other things working for me, till now I only rotate garlic and nystatin. When I have yeast overgrowth the first sign is a nasty gas problem. If I let it be, after that I will start to feel very tired and at the same time I am unable to sleep. A minced garlic clove usually makes the gas to disappear very soon.
