Every night after dinner I get so sleepy from the lack of sleep the previous night, but I drink some strong tea to keep going. I never drink coffee. I remember I drank coffee in the summer of 1986. With one cup I felt fine, but I swear the second cup stimulated my heart really stangely and I got all giggly. No kidding. So I am a tea drinker. Well, I guess that was more than anyone wanted to know. haha Thanks for thinking of me. ~Deb from KS Debbie...you are just too funny!! Well if you are a " sing-along " , you better go with Jolene's suggestion of nice, soothing instrumental music!! Glenn had his days and nights mixed up for a while, but the Lunesta has helped him tremendously. Didn't I hear somewhere the tea has as much, if not more, caffeine than coffee?? Why don't you go to bed early one night when you are tired...or have you tried that already...and wake up in the middle of the night, rip-raring to go?? Oh, I just want you to get some decent sleep...it is so important!! And if you sleep in the mornings, then at least you are getting your rest your body needs. I find that if I actively concentrate on the words to the music, my mind doesn't spin around like a ceiling fan looking for all kinds of " s..t " to think and worry about. It's miserable when you can't sleep. Do you sleep any during the day?? Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn<<< --------------------------------- Yahoo! Guest guest
Hi, Donelle. Thanks for the message. I thought your name is very unique, because I had never heard this name before. But when I did my spellcheck it reminded me that I spelled your name wrong. Did you know your name is in the yahoo mail spellcheck? Just thought you'd like to know that you are famous at yahoo mail. I saw the Lunesta commercial on TV. Just now I wrote Lunesta in the yahoo search box and there is a " try Lunesta for free " link at the very top of the page. I can't copy that link because it is too long and I'm sure it would mess up if I try to post it now. All you have to do is type in your name and address then print out the special voucher. After your doctor attaches the voucher to a completed and signed prescription form, you go to the pharmacy and receive four tablets, at no charge. Since it is non-narcotic, I'm sure it is going to be popular. Yes, I think I have my nights and days mixed up like Glenn. Or maybe a newborn baby. I am sleepy a lot. I never, ever sit back in my chair. If I lean back then my eyes close and I am asleep. I have too much to do. Gotta get going here. I wanted to tell Jolene thank you for the instrumental music tip, but I lost the email among all the others. Maybe I will find it here in a bit. If I don't, then thank you Jolene. I am still trying to answer the emails for me, so be patient with me and I will try to get to them when I find them. There are so many emails here I had to go to " no mail " on the supportstories group and read them at the website.
