Guest guest
Is there a complete low-sulfur food list that could be added to the sulfurfoods.doc listing in the Files section? I have researched but can't locate a list. I have seen tomato, cabbage, nuts and sunflower seeds listed as both high and low. It would be nice to end the confusion and have a little more variety. Per a previous posting I will be looking for hemp or rice protein powder because I have been also having a hard time getting enough protein. Thanks to anyone who can help on this. norske
Guest guest
Norske, I was going to work on one but haven't had the time. If I remember corretly, one of the issues is that high sulfur when looking at a nurtrion database doesn't alway mean a single thiol food - at least that is what I seem to remember. Some also might be slightly sulfury as Andy says about pineapple and chocolate. it is a bit confusing to me and hence the paralysis on my part. Can anyone confirm my understanding of the thiol thing and the low sulfury thing. Thanks Colette > > Is there a complete low-sulfur food list that could be added to the > sulfurfoods.doc listing in the Files section? > > I have researched but can't locate a list.
