Guest guest
If a person is accumulating aluminum as a result of mercury tox, then the aluminum will come down on its own, as you remove the mercury. Of course, you want to remove sources of exposure. Andy lists them as: processed cheese, aluminum baking powder, aluminum cookware, aluminum containing antacids, and also antiperspirants (which often contain aluminum salts). Otherwise, you just wait. You only chelate for the aluminum itself, in acute toxicity cases.
