Guest guest Posted May 20, 2008 Report Share Posted May 20, 2008 At the moment I am using 9mg of ALA for three days on - four days off. I have read in AI that one can do a week on and a week off. Is there any advantage in doing this? I would like to know why there is a rest period between rounds? Is it to allow the mercury time to come out?
