Hmmm, I'm quite an impulse shopper (don't like planning meals too far in

advance and like to LOOK at the meat and veg etc) and it gives me a reason

to walk into town with Tim most days, but I think that Hannah and

are right and I could definitely save money by e-shopping - but only if I

was really disciplined about going to the shops for the stuff that I

wouldn't buy online. Tricky.

RE: Re: Online Grocery Shopping

That 5 quid is the best money I spend each week. For a start I save the

petrol and the time going round the shop, but also it would drive me round

the bend dragging the kids with me as well (3 boys aged 4, 2 and 5 months).

I do like shopping, even food shopping sometimes, but *not* with the

children. I definitely spend less by sticking to what I need and if I think

the bill is getting a bit high, I just go through my basket and chuck things

out. I manage to spend less each week with three children than my sister

does and she just has one 2 year old, so it is money well spent. I did stop

for a while because I thought of how much shopping that 5 pounds would buy,

but my bills went up.
