Guest guest
I finally got to have a liver detox test done and it (not surprisingly) shows the following: PHASE II: Low glutathione conjugation, low sulphation, low Glucuronidation but very high (off the sclae) Glycine conjugation! PHASE 1: too fast! RATIOS: Phase 1 sulphation: top of normal range. Phase 1 glycination: non recordable! Phase 1 glucoronidation: way above normal, almost off the scale. So, the dreaded fast phase 1, slow phase 2. So I understand what's going on with me now but I need some help with what to do about these things. I am also awaiting plasma amino acids which I won't get the results of till next week. DOes anyone have any comments? I reall AI talking about Niacinamide to slow down phase 1. Should I be on any special diets according to this? Does low sulfation meen I need a low sulphur diet?

Apologies! > > I gather that I should try Niacinamide or GSE to slow down the phase 1. Any grapefruit products can be used, including juice or whole fruit. Oil of oregano also can be helpful. Whatever you take, it should be dosed 3-4 times per day. --
