Guest guest
And the funny thing is (well, at least it sounds funny) is that if you wear sports bras (something I have taken to since I can't find anything that fits right without having to give and arm, a leg, and my first born) they get kind of squashed and you have a uniboob. But I keep my uniboobs anyway cuz the bra is comfortable. Salli
Guest guest
> Okay, where on earth do you find a sports bra to fit?!?!? Technically mine is not a sports bra. It's made by Decent Expressions and it is a nursing bra. But it is very like a sports bra and the bras are custom made; they last a long time and are very comfortable. Guest guest
It was supposed to ;0) Georga Re: Re: OT: Exercise > > And the funny thing is (well, at least it sounds funny) is that if you > wear > sports bras (something I have taken to since I can't find anything that > fits > right without having to give and arm, a leg, and my first born) they get > kind of squashed and you have a uniboob. > > Georga > > >
Guest guest
> > Hmmm...140 is fat? > > It's not so much the 140 just the steady progress of fat over muscle > Ok, this is how I meant what I said too. I have no problem with anyones weight and I certainly didn't mean to offend or hurt anyone's feelings when I responed to Cecilia's Exercise post before. I'm just not real happy in my expectations for myself, but then again, I guess most of us aren't. I had a better post sent earlier on this topic, but stupid Yahoo bounced me, then aften I unbounced myself, they flat out shut me down!! Now I have to post from the site until they get me activated again. GGGRRRRRRRRRR Sue
Guest guest
Sheesh, right now while nursing Seni I am at least a j cup. I got tired of looking for a better fit. Jacquie H Re: OT: Exercise Okay, I had heard of a 32 DD bra size, but a 32 G??? There is actually a G cup? Being an A cup myself (This is growth from the undershirts and AA cups I wore in younger years) I cannot fathom this! Now, I ask you, is this fair? Can't plastic surgeons think of some kind of swapping surgery where one person gets a reduction and the other person gets that same tissue as an augmentation? Leggs (Sadly regarding my ironing board chest...)
Guest guest
yup, yup, yup. ugh And imagine being 10 yrs old in 5th grade have a d cup for your bra size. ugh. Jacquie Re: OT: Exercise > Okay, I had heard of a 32 DD bra size, but a 32 G??? There is > actually a G cup? Yes there is, and bigger. These are specialty sizes and you have to get them from specialty stores and pay an arm and half a leg for them. Since they have to do alot of support work they wear out much sooner than you would like them to for the money spent, and then must be replaced. When you go to replace them you find that they don't have the same make anymore, or the company changed hands, or the one they have in your size/model is mismanufactured and fits bizarly. Guest guest
> What if we tried to do excersize the way we Flylady? 15 minutes at a time. Well, Flylady includes this in her messages and there is an exercise group for Flylady that you can join. I generally delete those messages. Guest guest
Jeff is always encouraging me to get the reduction. He hates the way my straps leave bruises on my shoulders and under my breasts have those nasty dig marks from underwires or straps. But while I really want to get the surgery done I am afraid about scaring and such. ~sigh~ Jacquie H Re: OT: Exercise I am 36-38 DDD depending on the bra (probably could go bigger, but they are so expensive.) I would gladly cut off my boobs for you. People don't realize that they are dang heavy. I try to explain that to my mentally 18 yr old sex-crazed hubby, but all he says is " I'll carry them for you " ! > Okay, I had heard of a 32 DD bra size, but a 32 G??? There is > actually a G cup? Guest guest
Oh yeah. It stinks! Jacquie H Re: OT: Exercise > I'm so sheltered. > I'm almost 38 years old and I don't understand bra sizes... > > How can you be a 32G???? Easy. Have a teeny ribcage and huge boobs. Piece of cake. Blech. Damned nusicance is what they are. Try an H or a J. Double Blech. Saw those sizes when I nursed two of the kids.

Guest guest
Yeah, I took it the way you meant it. Can I shoot myself now? ;-) Penny - who is COMPLETELY exhausted this morning...was woken up by an over eager cry of " MOM! A MOTH!!!!!! " *sigh* Re: OT: Exercise > >>>>>>>> > I've been told that > you can't lose that weight, (pre-menopause),so I need to excercise. > <<<<<<<< > > WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN????? > > If that's true, I might as well hang it up now... > > gdit Penny, I'm not sure if you are taking this the way I mean it. I don't mean you can't lose any weight gained prior to menopause. I mean that the weight you gain from perimenopause, like my 15 lbs, is going to stay. Is this how you thought I meant it?
