Guest guest
Thanks Kenny, The other supplement I was going to try was hyaluronic acid, which is supposed to be good for the connective tissues and is a component of synovial fluid. Anyone ever supplemented with this? Thanks,
Guest guest
That is very interesting , thanks for your input. I am taking both at the moment and will post if there is any discernible improvement. I've worked with someone who, after deriving no discernable benefit from glucosamine supplementation, initiated a trial with HA which lead to a complete resolution of her joint problems. This isn't evidence that HA is outright superior to glucosamine, but, rather, that we need to keep trying things until we find that which best suites us. > > Thanks Kenny, > The other supplement I was going to try was hyaluronic acid, which is supposed to be good for the connective tissues and is a component of synovial fluid.
