Guest guest
It's not. Even when I was at my worst, I could do butter. Dave. -------- Posted by: " " magichappens@... spiritharp Thu Jul 3, 2008 1:43 pm (PDT) Does anyone know if butter is as high in sulfur as milk or cheese? My guess is that it is not, and maybe a little is OK (for a sulfur exclusion diet). Couldn't find any info online. Any ideas? Thanks, ~ C. It's mainly pure fat from milk (~80%), water (>15%), salt, and a small amount of protein (~1%). Its the protein component in milk and cheese which contain the sulfur. You should be OK with it regards sulfur.
Guest guest
Ditto for me. I can still do butter and I am fine. My favorite snack is buttered popcorn...there are so few pleasures left in my diet Colette > > It's not.
