Doesn't seem to mess with the bowels either. While the long range may be more or less the same this improved quality time must be such a welcome relief. I'm truly happy for you both. You tell him he is one tough cookie and I send all my love and prayers his way. You take care too. Love ya both!! Narice Morning Narice.... 75 " mg " or " mcg " ?? Dr. was hoping the pain meds might help Glenn with the diarrhea, but so far, no affect. Glenn would welcome constipation (for a bit) right now...LOL I told him to be careful what he wishes for!!! What gets me, Narice, is all these drs. knowing Glenn's aversion to pills, why didn't they offer the pain patch months ago??? Literally months and months of Glenn's life has been " wasted " sleeping 20 hrs. a day and night!!!! All those months of pain with the Ascites and the last 9 wks.??? I guess " they " can't think/remember everything... I wish I had been more " alert " or aware, as well.... I really thought it was for very severe, doubled over pain or ???? Gotta run off to work...grrrr!! Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn

Wish you didn't have to work. There's no way you can do it at home? Hope things go as well as possible for you both. Narice I won't neglect to ask for more, if he needs it but seems to be controlling the pain for now...yes, micro would be much less than what Phil is getting...
