All these diet restrictions are really hard. It took me forever to give up gluten - its been 8 months now and I have noticed improvements. Giving up cheese, onions, coffee, CHOCOLATE, is going to be hard. But if it makes such a huge difference as you and someone else (sorry I forgot who) says, then its worth a try. Regarding sulfate, I've been taking epsom salt baths for months, they do help a bit with stress and pain. But just a very little bit. Thanks again, Val

Even when I _knew_ that I should be taking my supplements spread out through the day, it took me 1 year of chelation before I actually had the wherewithal to do it - and then when I finally did, I couldn't believe how much of a difference it made! My feeling has been that I feel like I'm stuck waist deep in molasses - things happen, just reallllly slooooowwwwwly. >Giving up cheese, onions, coffee, CHOCOLATE, is going to be hard. Well, if you do a sulfur exclusion diet, and are able to see negative effects for yourself, then it might be a good motivator. It was for me. When I took out all the sulfur for a week, and then actually saw that 1/2 a qt of milk put me into a black suicidal funk, I was completely _sure_ that I didn't want to do that any more! >Regarding sulfate, I've been taking epsom salt baths for months, they do help a bit with stress and pain. But just a very little bit. Ok, you might actually not need that. I, for instance, have high plasma sulfate. That means that I've got sufficient sulfate, I'm just not using it (the enzymes that are needed to process it have been deactivated by the mercury). So, extra sulfate does me no good ... Bone broths help, though. >Thanks again, Glad it was useful. >Val Dave.
