Selenium is one of the supplements Andy suggests to help with silver

toxicity. Also vitamin E. For " impulsivity and emotional chaos "

caused by silver he suggests carnosine, mood stabilizers, rigorous

exclusion of hydrogenated fats. Sometimes an Atkins style diet can

help and acetyl-l-carnitine or carnitine can help make that diet

easier to tolerate.

Based on your hair test, a lithium supplement is indicated. This

can be calming and mood-stabilizing.

Andy recommends alkalinization of the urine when chelating silver.

Get some pH strips to test your urine and take alkalinizing stuff

(citrate and malate form minerals and/or baking soda until your

urine pH is 8.

Thanks, . What's the purpose of alkinizing the urine while

chelatin silver? Do you excrete it from the urine?

Andy says with certain toxicities (eg silver, bismuth, cadmium) it is

known that if the urine is too acidic, the thiol-based chelators will

drop off some of the metal in the kidneys. Alkalinizing the urine

prevents this.

Alka seltzer gold works for this, too.
