For " impulsivity and emotional chaos " caused by silver he suggests carnosine, mood stabilizers, rigorous exclusion of hydrogenated fats. Sometimes an Atkins style diet can help and acetyl-l-carnitine or carnitine can help make that diet easier to tolerate. Based on your hair test, a lithium supplement is indicated. This can be calming and mood-stabilizing. Andy recommends alkalinization of the urine when chelating silver. Get some pH strips to test your urine and take alkalinizing stuff (citrate and malate form minerals and/or baking soda until your urine pH is 8. -- --

What's the purpose of alkinizing the urine while chelatin silver? Do you excrete it from the urine?

Alkalinizing the urine prevents this. Alka seltzer gold works for this, too. --
