Guest guest
Will mercury detox fix the hormones? Will they balance naturally? Meaning estrogen/progesterone... adrenal/thyroid. I know, I know everbody here says supplement with adrenal/thyroid but after doing that it didn't make a huge difference for me. I got a little lift but then plateaued - I also have alot of muscle wasting, and it appears to be getting worse. My cycle is completely messed up - its like things are getting worse even though I am doing all the right things - supplementing, diet, chelation (only 6mg), candida treatment.. How do you treat hormones if they're ALL messed up and tests don't pick it up? I've had t3 and t4 -- normal. Saliva adrenal - low normal. However, 2 alternative docs did non-lab tests and said my adrenals were bad and one said my thyroid is bad. I'm uncomfortable messing around with interventions when nothing is that clear. Will chelation heal them without all the intervention? VAl

Will chelation heal them without all the intervention? > > VAl - - - - - - From reading so many of our comments and anecdotes,it seems to me that it all depends on how severly one is poisoned with all this [Hg only? Pb and Hg? Other stuff?] age, etc. I prob will have to take thyroid the rest of my life - poor thyroid and poor adrenals run in my family [or has it been TM poisoning all along? Hmmmm...] And perhaps my ongoing small doses of cortisol, too. Its a hassle, but I dont mind. Im doing great - lost weight, skin is bright and fresh, hair is back, and best of all, NO BLACK GUM RING in my teeth - yeck!]and I feel " solid " again. [yeah, I am going to do another series of chelation; but I am confident it's not going to be nearly so devastating and exhausting as before.] I think the more a person wisely take supplements, not overdueing them and thus stressing your system in that regard also; gets plenty of sleep, balancing of emotions [again reducing stress] and trying to keep inflammations down as much as possible - they can overcome most, if not all, their deficiencies.... I have greatly lessened my supplementation - I check this thru a great naturopath here in Houston. MUSCLE WASTING: I keep using small weights for arm strength. I have gotten up to 5 lbs, using 3# for overhead lifts [old badly healed clavicle keeps me from too much] You have to lift every other day upper body one day, lower the next - I have found going longer quickly turns the arms/abs back to soft... again, go slow and dont overdue things... that can cause more undue stress on your system. Good luck ----DA
