Sorry, I thought it had a higher omega 3 content than it actually has!

Forget the emu oil and see if there is some sort of omega 3 that you

can add gradually. Perhaps taking oils with lecithin and lipase would

help.

think 1 oz a day for the recommended amount. ( not sure on that but
