Guest guest
Many of you may be aware that Alka Seltzer Gold and other citrate mixed salts can for some clear brain fog temporarily. There is a product called " Propel, " which is 'fit powder " or " fit water " (the powder is used to make the water, or the water is sold in bottles) which is very similar in composition and which does appear to work similarly for many people. It is flavored and intended as a tasty 'fitness' drink. It does list EDTA as an ingredient - as a preservative. I think the amount of EDTA in it is small enough to be insignificant for most people. It does have some flavoring additives that may or may not be OK on an individual basis. Some grocery stores carry it, generally by the bottled water.
