I'm sorry for the delayed reply. See below.

Okay, so if I understand you get hyper/agitated on rounds, and it

sounds like this comes and goes randomly with no pattern. You don't

have this symptom off rounds at all? And does it go away entirely

when you end the round?

I used to get hyper on rounds. The main thing that helped with that

was lithium orotate. It is worth a try. Take it all the time, not

just on rounds.

If you do any more rounds, keep your dose low to keep the symptoms

to a minimum.

Is this a completely separate symptom from the hyper symptoms on

rounds? I'm just trying to clarify that the hyper stuff is not

caused by taking these supplements, is that right? And the

supplement reactions occur all the time, both on and off rounds?

There are two general things I can think of that would cause

reactions to supplements: phase 1 liver detox problem and

allergy/sensitivity.

If it is a phase 1 problem, niacinamide, grapefruit products, and

oil of oregano can help to slow down phase 1 and this may relieve

the symptoms.

If you have developed allergies or some type of sensitivity, then

you may be able to find one or more ingredients in common among the

supplements you are taking that are the source of the problem and

then you would need to avoid these ingredients.
