selenium and silver toxicity

Since my silver is so high, I've been researching selenium. Some

researcher proposes that silver toxicity can result from a selenium

deficiency. And I am low in it. Also, selenium is supposed help

convert t4 to t3 (or vice versa, can't remember). In any event, its

helpful for the thyroid - never knew that. And I have hypo symptoms

too.
