It's good to start at a low dose and gradually increase with time to see how you tolerate it = ok, increase with time, and try different brands. >and grapefruit seed extract 10 drops 3xd grapefruit seed extract is a broad range antimicrobial (kills good bacteria and everything else). I would reserve it's use for later on if you still have yeast related problems. It will also kill off the probiotics that you are taking (above). > does this > sound ok or are there better things to take. See the Neutrophils, yeast and DMSA file in the files section for some suggestions from Andy. In general, try the things that will not harm first, like diet modification and supplements, before trying antimicrobials. Yeast is a very tricky beast, very good at adapting to the environment, and when an antimicrobial is there is will switch to a more resistant form and just wait it out until the antimicrobial is gone, then return to take over the niches that opened up when the other microbes were killed off by the antimicrobial. >Also is it ok to have sugar > free acidiphilus yogurt on the candida diet? Yes, if you can tolerate sulfur foods, because dairy is high sulfur. You could try making your own yogurt with almond or coconut milk (if sulfur is a problem) and then sweeten with low carb fruits like blueberries or sucrolose.
