Guest guest
Pravin...sorry to hear your O2 need is increasing. Is this just at rehab or normal activities? Can you go back to the doc who dx you or do you need a referral from GP for insurance? Did your GP write Rx for rehab? If not, see the doc who did. I remember you were in Toronto but can't remember where you are right now... In my opinion, you need to see someone more qualified to deal with lung issues than a GP. Can you make that happen? MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Help me with my Breathing Issues Hi Bruce, Sher, Beth, KHi folks : I am struggling with breathing issues. My O2 levels drop when I do anything to between 83 and 85 and I am on 3 liters. this has just started happening lately. When I go for Pulmonary rehab I am noticing that I need to take my O2 level up to 5 liters when I used to be able to do exercise at 4 liters. For those who are not familiar with me I have IPF dx in 2005 and off the Transplant list in Toronto since Dec 2008 due to Kidney and Heart Issues and making the best of it as I chug along. Since I have been off the transplant my GP is sending me to a new Resprologist with whom I do not feel the comfort zone that I had with the folks in Toronto. What advise do you wise folks have.Regards Pravin
